STRIDE® operates as a branding studio offering brand strategy, visual identity design, motion design, and related creative services. We also run the STRIDE Design Fellowship, a structured training program for designers. These are separate offerings and are governed by the terms relevant to each, as described below.

Project scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually with each client prior to commencement and documented in a proposal or agreement. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, materials, and approvals required to complete the project within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide these may extend the project timeline accordingly.

Ownership of final design files and deliverables transfers to the client only upon full and final payment. Until payment is complete, all work remains the intellectual property of STRIDE®.

Enrolment in the fellowship is granted upon successful application review and payment. Cohort seats are limited and non-transferable. Participants are expected to commit the required weekly hours and engage actively with mentorship sessions, critiques, and assignments throughout the 12-week program.

Participants who consistently fail to engage with the program without communicating their circumstances may forfeit access to remaining sessions and support. Refunds for the fellowship are governed by our Refund Policy.

STRIDE® provides design services and training based on professional expertise and industry best practice. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, client results, or income for fellowship participants, as these depend on factors outside our control. STRIDE® is not liable for how delivered assets, brand identities, or training are subsequently used.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or operations. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
