Overview
Guests often judge a short let apartment before they arrive: by the name, the listing, the photos and the first message. In a crowded market, the brand is part of the stay. Golden Zeper Apartment needed an identity that signals quality early and stays consistent everywhere a guest meets it.
We designed the full brand identity, from the GZA monogram and stacked wordmark to a restrained palette of Deep Charcoal, Warm Ivory, Soft Taupe and Champagne Gold, with typography, icons and a motion system to match.
Gold is used sparingly so it always feels earned, and a clear brand guide lets the team produce brochures, signage, web pages and video without losing the look.
A mark and a palette that feel earned02
Premium hospitality brands rarely shout. They stay calm, consistent and a little understated, so the identity is built on restraint. The GZA monogram sits beside a stacked Golden Zeper Apartment wordmark, and the monogram can stand alone on a favicon, key fob, stamp or embossed detail.
Deep Charcoal and Warm Ivory carry most of the work, with Soft Taupe supporting them. Champagne Gold is the accent, used only on Deep Charcoal or Black and never as a large fill, so it always feels like a reward rather than decoration.
Red Hat Display sets headlines and the wordmark, League Spartan handles body copy and labels, and a single Light weight icon set keeps amenity graphics airy and consistent.

A brand guide any team can use03
A hospitality brand is touched by many hands: housekeeping notices, booking pages, brochures, signage, floor plans and video. If the rules live only in a designer's head, the brand drifts within months.
So the identity ships with a clear guide. It sets out the approved logo versions and which background each one belongs on, the exact colour values, the type scale, the icon rules and a plain list of what never to do, such as stretching the logo, adding shadows or placing gold on a light background.
The result is a brand that stays consistent without a designer in the room, and that scales from one apartment to a full portfolio.

Motion that keeps every video consistent04
Short let brands live on video: apartment tours, guest welcomes, social clips and listings. Without a motion language, every clip looks like it came from a different brand.
We delivered an animated logo for opening and closing videos, a set of reference videos that define how elements enter, move and leave, and two caption styles, one for subtitle led videos and one for talking head videos.
The rules are deliberately simple. One clear moment at a time, never everything moving at once, and always start from the closest reference video rather than a blank timeline. In house teams can publish quickly and still look like Golden Zeper.
